Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
This policy applies to digital products, online courses, video trainings, downloadable materials, digital documents, templates, online learning content, and other digital services or digital content purchased directly through this website.
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Scope of This Policy
This withdrawal policy applies only to purchases and contracts concluded directly through this website.
This policy does not apply to contracts, agreements, bookings, or services that were signed, agreed to, or concluded outside of this website, including but not limited to contracts concluded in person, by individual written agreement, by email, by telephone, through direct business negotiations, or by any other means outside this website.
Such contracts may be subject to separate terms, cancellation conditions, or individually agreed contractual arrangements.
Important Information for Digital Products and Online Videos
For digital products and online videos that are made available immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal may expire once access to the digital content has been granted and the access link has been shared with the customer.
This applies if you have expressly agreed before purchase that Deluxe Institute may begin providing the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once access, streaming, downloading, or use of the digital content has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:
online video trainings,
online courses,
digital downloads,
PDF documents,
templates,
digital learning materials,
recorded webinars,
members-only content,
digital coaching materials,
and other immediately accessible digital products.

To Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
1. You may log in to your customer account and submit your withdrawal request there.
OR
2. You may send an email to office@deluxe-institute.com and inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract within the withdrawal period and your right of withdrawal has not expired, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
For digital products and online content, no refund will be issued if access, streaming, downloading, or use of the digital content has already begun and you have previously agreed to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right.
